Melissa and Rob: Clayburn Wedding
An oldie but a goodie! I can't believe it's been over a year since Melissa and Rob tied the knot in Clayburn Village. They celebrated the day with their three beautiful children, and have since welcomed a new baby boy into their clan :) Rob and Melissa are my kind of couple. They got engaged in Disneyland in front of the castle, and decided on a fall, rustic, Disney theme. Check out those table labels! And the name cards. LOVED it all! #wedding #2015 #2016

Taryn and Damian. Fraser Valley Wedding Photographer
Another very overdue blog post! Taryn and Damian were married last June at Whonnock Lake. They have recently welcomed a new baby boy, making a beautiful family of four, including big brother, Ashton! I loved all of the pink accents throughout the day, very classic. #wedding #2016 #2015

Brittany and Andrew. Fraser Valley Wedding Photographer
I can't believe it's almost been a year since this wedding! Brittany and Andrew will actually be welcoming a beautiful baby into their lives VERY shortly. Wow, time goes by so fast. And clearly I am very behind on my blogging! Haha. Brittany and Andrew got married on a beautiful, sunny day at The Falls golf course in April of 2015. Brittany is one of those people that is so happy and positive all the time. You just can't help but be happy when you are around her! Andrew is mo

Disneyland Wedding
This wedding was definitely my most anticipated one of the year!! My husband is a Disneyland fanatic, and so he was more than willing to come with me and make a vacation of it. A kid free vacation!!! We had taken our kids there less than a year before, and were due for a vacation just the two of us, so why not go to the happiest place on Earth?!? It was such a neat thing to experience it just the two of us.
Leading up to the wedding day we spent the majority of our day

Bobbi and Scott. Fraser Valley Backyard Wedding.
Well I just could not cut down on the images from this wedding! If I had to pick a favourite wedding of 2015, Bobbi and Scott's would definitley be a top contender. I loved everything about it! From the hand painted table seating chart (painted by Bobbi's dad), to the stunning vintage inspired lace gown, to the bar made by Bobbi's brother, and of course all of the amazing vintage decor bought at thrift stores. It all came together to create an amazing day! When I first met Bo

Kyla and Josh. Shelby's Pond Wedding.
Ok so I am not exactly up to date with blogging my weddings. The majority of my 2015 ones are waiting to be posted, so be prepared for a flood of weddings soon! First up is Kyla and Josh's Wine themed, Shelby's Pond June wedding. This wedding was a little different for me because Kyla and Josh live in Manitoba and we had the consultation over the phone, as opposed to in person. They werent able to make it out for an engagement session either, so the first time I met them was

Favourite Weddings of 2015
2015 was the best year for my business so far! I have so many goals and hopes for coming years. I'm so excited. Weddings are definitely my favourite thing to shoot. I love all of the little details and I love the goofiness of wedding parties and I love couples in love! I was so blessed to book 19 weddings in 2015. It was busy, but it was so much fun! Here are just some of my favourites :) BOBBI AND SCOTT - Backyard Fraser Valley wedding. Gorgeous vintage and classic decor. St

Jenn and Nolan
Be prepared, this is a long one! I had so many favourite images from this wedding, I had troubles narrowing it down. Leading up to Jenn and Nolan's wedding, the forecast just kept getting worse and worse. It was calling for the worst storm of the year so far. Thank goodness Jenn was such a relaxed bride and realized all that we could do was to prepare as much as possible and go with the flow! I went out and bought myself a pair of Hunter boots figuring I would be ankle deep i

Nick and Kate. Riverway Clubhouse
Nick and Kate met through a mutual friend 3 1/2 years ago. He proposed just this last February at Prospect Point in Stanley Park on a beautiful sunny day. In Kate's words, "We went for lunch at Prospect Point Cafe and went for a little stroll to the sea wall. There was a clearing in the trees overlooking the ocean. There he dropped down to one knewe and asked. Prospect point was never 'our place'...but he said he chose it because he wanted us to have a new place that we coul

Matt and Bryana. Furry Creek
I've been waiting for almost two years to write this blog! I met Matt and Bryana just over two years ago when they won an engagement session with me. I held a contest asking couples to send me their proposal stories. Matt and Bryana met at hockey camp at the young age of 15 and have been together ever since. In 2013 during a City and Colour (one of Matt and Bryana's favourite bands) concert at the PNE Matt decided to pop the question. Other concert goers around them noticed w
